Student Activities
The 4-day, 3-night summer program will begin with registration and check-in to the lakeside residence hall. This will be followed by team building activities, basic web site design, and a visit to University Recreation.
Day two introduces the participants to information technology security needs, secure wireless networks, and secure programming. This day will also include a meeting with College of Business advisors and movie night.
On the third day participants will learn how networks are penetrated by outsiders and examine ethical issues in business and IT. Training in proper business protocol and dining etiquette will also be provided.
The final day will allow each team of participants to display what they learned at CyberCity to a team of successful business supporters and guests, followed by a formal lunch and awards ceremony.
